肝组织中膜联蛋白Ⅰ的表达与原发性肝癌病理机制的相关性

目的探讨原发性肝癌组织中膜联蛋白Ⅰ(annexin-1,Anx-A1)的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组化和免疫印迹方法检测肝癌组织及其相对应癌旁正常组织中Anx-A1的表达水平,分析其与临床病理形态学变化的关系。结果肝癌组织中Anx-A1的表达水平高于癌旁正常组织;在低分化癌组织中的表达水平与高分化癌组织中的表达水平比较,差异不显著(P>0.05);转移癌组织中的表达量明显高于非转移癌组织中的表达量(P<0.05)。结论Anx-A1在肝癌组织中表达上调,可能与肝癌的发生与演变相关。

Correlation of annexin-1 expression in liver tissue and primary hepatocarcino-pathogenesis

Objective To investigate the expression of annexin-1 （Anx-A1） protein in primary liver cancer tissue, and its significance. Methods IHC and Western blot were used to detect Anx-A1 protein levels in 36 cases of liver cancer and corresponding adjacent normal tissues. The relationship between expressional levels and pathological characteristics were analyzed. Results The expression levels of Anx-A1 protein in primary liver cancer tissue were significantly higher than those in adjacent normal tissues （P〈0.01）. No expression differences between in poor differentiated tissues and in high differentiation tissues of liver cancer were found （P〉0.05）. The expression level of Anx-A1 in metastatic carcinoma tissues was higher than that in no-metastatic carcinoma tissues of liver cancer （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Up-regulated expressions of Anx-A1 protein in primary liver cancer tissue might contribute to liver carcinogenesis and progression.
