| 摘 要： | 目的观察超声引导在经皮肾镜碎石术(percutaneous nephrolithotomy,PCNL)中的应用。方法采用超声纵切和横切相结合的十字交叉定位法对128例肾结石患者进行PCNL定位,引导穿刺,根据结石部位决定经皮肾穿刺点及穿刺路径。结果 128例肾结石患者术中超声引导穿刺成功,顺利建立通道,成功施行PCNL,无一例出现并发症。结论 PCNL中,科学应用超声引导穿刺对手术的成功与否起决定性作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical application value of ultrasound located pereutaneous nephrolithotomy. Methods The 128 patients with renal calculi were located by ultrasonograph in the course of pereutaneous nephrolithotomy. Puncture point and puncture path were decided according to the calculi location. Results With ultrasound loeatization in the course of operation, PCNL were carried out in 128 patients with renal calculi successfully; No complication did appear. Conclusion Ultrasound loeatization is of decisive role for success PCNL. Therefore, it has great practical value. |
