不同生长类型胃肠道间质瘤的CT表现分析

目的探讨多层螺旋CT在诊断胃肠道间质瘤的应用价值,提高对胃肠道间质瘤影像诊断及鉴别诊断的认识。方法收集笔者所在医院33例经病理证实的胃肠道间质瘤,男19例,女14例;年龄38～72岁,并将病理所见与CT表现相对照。结果 33例胃肠道间质瘤患者中,胃间质瘤17例占48.5%(腔内型6例,腔外型4例,混合型7例);小肠间质瘤10例占25%(十二指肠3例,空肠5例,回肠2例);直肠4例占9.1%;腹膜后2例占11%。CT图像与病理恶性潜能相关。结论多层螺旋CT对胃肠道间质瘤的准确定位和肿瘤分级的判断及指导临床治疗和估计预后有重要价值。

Comparative analysis of CT findings of gastrointestinal stromal tumors in different growth typies

Objective To evaluate the value of muhislice spiral CT in the diagnosis of gastrointestinal stromal tumor and improve the agency of imaging diagnosis and differential diagnosis for gastrointestinal stromal tumors. Methods The 33 cases of gastrointestinal stromal tumors confirmed by pathology in author＇s hospital were studied compared with pathology. The subjects comprised 19 males and 14 females ranging in age from 38 to 72 years old. Results In the 33 patients with gastrointestinal stromal tumors, there were stomach stromal tumors in 17, accounting for 48.5%（6 of intraluminal type, 4 of extraluminal type and mixed type in 7）, small intestinal stromal tumors in 10 accounting for 25% （3 in duodenum, 5 in jejunum and 2 in ileum）, the rectum stromal tumors in 4 （9.1%） and retroperitoneal stromal tumors in 2 （11%）. CT characteristics were associated with pathological malignant potential. Conclusion Multislice spiral CT is of significant value in accurate location, tumor grade judgment, and guiding clinical treatment and estimating the prognosis of the gastrointestinal stromal tumor.
