东莞地区29537例肿瘤病例资料分析

[目的]了解东莞地区肿瘤病例情况。[方法]对2001年7月至2006年6月东莞地区6家医院经病理证实29537例肿瘤进行统计分析。[结果]29537例中良性肿瘤19841例（67.23%）,恶性肿瘤9696例（32.77%）。男女性之比为1∶2.72。常见的良性肿瘤有平滑肌瘤（22.54%）、乳腺纤维腺瘤（21.01%）、甲状腺腺瘤（9.34%）、卵巢囊腺瘤（8.13%）、脂肪瘤（8.05%）和畸胎瘤（6.37%）等。前10位恶性肿瘤依次为肠癌（17.40%）、乳腺癌（10.61%）、胃癌（9.54%）、鼻咽癌（8.54%）、宫颈癌（7.81%）、肺癌（6.85%）、食管癌（3.77%）、肝癌（3.71%）、淋巴造血系统肿瘤（3.66%）、软组织肉瘤（3.29%）。[结论]该地区常见肿瘤将提示肿瘤防治工作重点。

An Analysis of 29537 Cases with Cancer in Dongguan Region,Guangdong Province

[Purpose] To investigate the distribution of cancer in Dongguan region,Guangdong province.[Methods] A total of 29537 cases with cancer proved pathologically form six hospital in Dongguan region from July 2001 to June 2006 was analyzed.[Results] Among 29537 cases,benign and malignant tumors were 19841(67.23%)and 9696(32.77%)respectively.The common benign tumors were leiomyoma(22.54%),breast fibroadenoma(21.01%),thyrogenous adenoma(9.34%),ovarian cystadenoma(8.13%),lipoma(8.05%)and treatoma(6.37%).The top 10 malignancies were intestinal cancer(17.40%),breast cancer(10.61%),gastric carcinoma(9.54%),nasopharyngeal carcinoma(8.54%),cervix carcinoma(7.81%),lung cancer(6.85%),esophageal carcinoma(3.77%),heaptocellular carcinoma(3.71%),lymphohematopoietic tumors(3.66%)and sarcoma of soft tissue(3.29%).[Conclusion] The emphasis of prevention and treatment for cancer in Dongguan region would get hint from the common cancers.
