| 摘 要： | 目的]对抗感复方不同提取物活性成分含量与其解热、抗炎效应比较。方法]以阿司匹林、地塞米松为阳性对照,用酵母致大鼠发热、角叉菜胶致大鼠足跖肿胀及大鼠棉球肉芽肿模型,研究不同提取物的解热、抗炎效应。结果]复方水提物解热抗炎效应均明显,水提液经絮凝澄清剂(ZTC)1 1絮凝剂处理后解热效果明显。结论]单从活性成分含量高低简单评价提取方法的优劣是不完全的。

| Abstract: | Objective] To compare the content of active component of different extracts from Kang-gan(anti-common cold) Compound and their anti-pyretic effect and anti-inflammatory effect.Methods] Taking aspirin or dexamethasone as the positive control medicine and reproducing experimental fever in rats with yeast,edema of paw metatarsus with carrageeninin in rats and cotton-ball granuloma in rats to investigate the anti-pyretic and anti-inflammatory effect of the different extracts.Results] The water extracts showed a significant anti-pyretic and anti-inflammatory effect,and the water extract dealt with ZTC 1 1,a floccule coagulating preparation,showed a more marked anti-pyretic effect.Conclusions] The evaluation of the extract method from the content of the active component only is not a completed. |
