摘    要:目的了解东莞市自愿无偿献血人群梅毒螺旋体感染的现状和易感高危因素,为减少输血传播性疾病以及为献血者的招募提供参考依据。方法采用回顾性调查方法,运用多因素条件logistic回归分析2006年东莞市无偿献血者56311份血液标本梅毒检测结果以及相关影响因素,所有标本的检测均采用酶联免疫吸附法进行初筛。梅毒螺旋体明胶颗粒凝集法确诊。结果东莞市2006年自愿无偿献血人群梅毒感染率为6.66‰,高于全国平均水平。多因素条件logistic回归分析显示:人口的流动性、职业、学历、献血次数等因素与无偿献血人群梅毒感染有关。流动无偿献血者梅毒感染较常住人口的比数比为86.93;学生、军人是最低危的献血人群,与其相比,生产、运输和机械设备操作人员、无业或不便分类以及工作不固定人员等则是相对高危的献血人群(比数比为106.48);无偿献血人群的学历每降低一个等级其梅毒感染几率的比数比为3,23;初次献血者较固定的无偿献血者梅毒感染率高,初次献血者较固定的无偿献血者梅毒感染的比数比为73.43。结论梅毒在东莞市呈现一定的流行趋势,人口的流动性、职业、学历、献血次数与无偿献血人群梅毒感染相关。

Multifactorial logistic regression analysis of factors associated with syphilis infection in unpaid blood donors.

Abstract:Objective To understand the infectious status of syphilis and high risk factors among unpaid blood donors in Dongguan City in order to provide reference for qualified screening blood donors and reduce transfusion transmitted diseases. Methods With retrospective survey, multivariate conditional logistic regressive was done on the data originated from an epidemiolagical survey of unpaid blood donors and relevant factors in Dongguan City. ELISA and TPPA were used to screen antibody against Tp among the blood donors. Results The rate of syphilis infection was 6.66‰ among unpaid blood donors. Multivariate conditional logistic regression analysis showed that syphilis infection was associated with floating of blood donors (OR=86.93),occupation(OR = 106.48), education(OR =3.23), times of donation blood (OR =73.43). Conclusion Syphili is prevalent in Dongguan City and syphilis infection is associated with floating of the population, occupation, education, times of donation.
