摘    要:目的观察重组人表皮生长因子(rhEGF)对肛瘘术后创面愈合的影响。方法2006年7月—2008年9月,肛瘘手术后109例,其中68例治疗组局部使用rhEGF,41例采用常规换药法,对创面的愈合时间及患者疼痛程度进行观察。结果使用rhEGF治疗组的愈合时间为(17.00±1.54)d,局部疼痛轻,3周内愈合率97.1%;对照组的愈合时间为(20.00±1.16)d,换药时局部剧痛,3周内愈合率87.8%,2组的愈合时间与3周内愈合率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.01),且术后4和7d治疗组与对照组疼痛指数相比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01),2组均未见不良反应。结论局部外用rhEGF可加速创面的愈合,减少患者痛苦。

Abstract:[ Objective] To observe the curative effects of recombinant human epidermal growth factor (rhEGF) in wound healing of anal fistula resection. [ Methods] 109 cases of anal fistula resection were collected from April 2006 to December 2009, 68 cases of the treatment group were treated with rhEGF locally, and 41 cases of the control group were treated by conventional dressing change method. The healing time of the wound and the pain degree of patients were observed. [ Results ] The healing time of the treatment group was ( 17.00 ±1.54 ) days, local pain was weaker, and the healing rate after three weeks was 97.1%. The healing time of the control group was (20. 00±1.16) days, patients felt pain when charting dressing, and the healing rate after three weeks was 87.8%. There were significant difference in healing time and healing rate after three weeks between two groups( P 〈0.01). The difference in the pain index of 4 and 7 days after operation between two groups were significant ( P 〈0.01 ). No adverse reactions were found in two groups. [ Conclusion] Local application of rhEGF can accelerate the wound healing, and reduce the pain of patients.
