| 摘 要： | 目的 观察盐酸氨溴索预防早产儿呼吸窘迫综合征（RDS）的临床疗效。方法将120例早产儿随机分为治疗组（60例）与对照组（60例）。两组均给予常规护理和治疗，治疗组在此基础上加用盐酸氨溴索注射液7．5mg／kg·次，静脉滴注，每6h一次，疗程3～5d，观察两组RDS发生率和并发症发生率。结果①治疗组RDS的发生率明显低于对照组（P〈0．01）；②治疗组并发症发生率低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论盐酸氨溴索对预防早产儿RDS，保护肺功能，有效。

| Abstract: | Objective The clinical effect of RDS was to be observed.Methods 120 patients with NRDS were randomly divided into treatment group(60partients) and control group(60partients).All patients in two groups received the routine nursing.And the patients of treatment group were given ambroxol 7.5 mg/ks every 6 hours for 3 to 5 days.In addition,the oceure rate and severing of NRDS were observed in the two groups.Results ①The incidence of NRDS in treatment group was obviously lower than that in the control group(P＜0.01).②The incidence of associated complications was obviously lower than that in control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Ambroxol hydrochloride was effective in prevention of NRDS and protection of pulmonary function. |
