B超对外伤性脾破裂的诊断及临床应用

目的:探讨B超在外伤性脾破裂的诊断及临床应用。方法:对超声诊断的30例外伤性脾破裂进行分析报告。结果:30例脾破裂经超声诊断28例,其中包膜下血肿3例,脾挫裂伤23例,脾实质内血肿2例,未确诊2例,其中1例为脾蒂断裂,1例为脾门处裂伤。结论:外伤性脾破裂是外科常见急腹症,B超在诊断脾破裂过程中,具有无创、准确、价廉,可连续性动态观察的优点,是临床首选。

The Clinic Value of Ultrasonography in Traumatic Splenic Rupture

Objective To investigate the diagnosis and clinic application of ultrasonography in traumatic splenic rupture.Methods Retrospectively reviewed 30 cases' clinic data of traumatic splenic rupture diagnosed by B ultrasound.Results Among 30 cases,28 cases were diagnosed as splenic rupture by ultrasonography which included 3 cases of under amicular haematoma,23 cases of contus and laceration of spleen,2 cases of splenic parenchyma haematoma and 2 cases of undetermined which were verified by operation as 1 case of stalk breakage and 1 case of laceration in hilum of spleen.Conclusions Traumatic splenic rupture is a common state of acute abdomen in surgery.Ultrasonography have many advantages as unwounded,accurate,inexpensive and can observe dynamically,so it could be the first choice means of traumatic splenic rupture's diagnosis in clinic.
