| 摘 要： | 目的观察吡格列酮对代谢综合征患者超敏C反应蛋白的影响。方法对2007年6月至2008年6月潮州医院门诊50例新诊断MS患者采用吡格列酮干预，比较治疗前和治疗12周后超敏C反应蛋白浓度变化。结果治疗前后空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、HbAl-C、胰岛素、HOMA-IR、TG及hs-CRP水平均有明显降低（P〈0．01），HDL-C明显升高（P〈0．01）。结论吡格列酮改善胰岛素抵抗，降低hs-CRP浓度，改善MS患者的血管炎症反应。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of pioglitazone on hs-CRP in patients with metabolic syndrome. Methods Compared the change of hs-CRP level after 12-week pioglitazone treatment for 50 MS patients which were newly diagnosed from June 2007 to June 2008 at medical clinic of Chaozhou Hospital. Results The level of fasting plasma glucose, plasma glucose after 2 hours food, HbAl-c, insulin, HOMA-IR, TG and hs-CRP is significantly lower and the level of HDL-C is significantly higher after pioglitazone treatment. Conclusion Pioglitazone can greatly lower the level of hs-CRP,improve insulin resistance and the vascular inflammation of MS patients. |
