儿童骨筋膜室综合征的观察与护理

目的:探讨儿童骨筋膜室综合征的观察与护理,减少并发症,提高患儿的生命质量.方法:回顾性分析骨筋膜室综合征13例患儿的治疗、观察与护理.结果:13患儿经筋膜切开减压治疗后精心护理,均顺利康复,无发生切口感染,平均随访时间为1.5年,随访期间未见切口疼痛、无功能障碍等情况发生.结论:早期发现,早期进行筋膜切开减压治疗是骨筋膜室综合征治疗的关键,而细心的观察和精心的护理是促进康复的保证.

Observation and nursing care of bone compartment syndrome in children

Objective:To study the observation and nursing care of bone compartment syndrone in children,so as to decrease the complications and improve their quality of life.Methods:The treatment,observation and nursing care in 13 sick children with bone compartment syndrome from January 2004 to December treated in our department were analysed retrospectively.Results:The careful nursing care was given in all 13 sick children after decompressive fasciotomy,all of them recovered smoothly,without incisional infection and dietary discomfort.They were followed up 1.5 years meanly,the incisional pain and dysfunction were not found.Conclusion:Early detection and early decompressive fasciotomy are the key to treat the bone compartment syndrome,and the careful observation and meticulous nursing care are the guarantee to promote the rehabilitation.
