老年慢性病患者生活质量评价

目的 探讨老年慢性病患者的生活质量状况及其影响因素，为老年人群慢性病的防治和生活质量的改善提供依据。方法 从重庆市部分医院收集2001例老年慢性病患者的临床资料，采用国际通用的“脉搏”量表(PULSES)对他们的日常生活能力进行评分。结果 患者生活质量和所患疾病数量有关，患病数量越多，生活质量越差；恶性肿瘤患者和脑血管疾病患者总体生活质量最差；不同种类的疾病对患者各单项功能的影响轻重不同。结论 老年人群慢性病患者的生活质量主要受所患疾病的种类及数量影响，应采取干预措施减少各种并发症的发生，以改善患者生活质量。

Evaluation of life quality about 2 001 aged patients with chronic disease in Chongqing

Objective To study the elder's,quality of life with chron ic disease and their influencing factors,and to provide the reference for preven ting chronic disease and improving the elder's,quality of life.Methods ~2?001 elder patients were selected from a hospit al in Chongqing and their quality of life were scored by PULSES questionnaire wh ich was an internationally versatile measuring scale.The indexes were analyzed b y the analysis of variance model.Results There was a parallel relationship between the pat i ents quality of life and their quantity of disease,and the patients who were tro uble d with more diseases led a worst life.The patients with malignant tumor or cereb r ovascular disease led the worst life.Different chronic diseases had various effe cts on the patient's functions.Conclusion The elder's quality of life with chronic dis ease were related to denomination and quantity of disease.We should take effecti ve preventive intervention for the elderly patients and put it into practice to improve their quality of life.
