经腹手术治疗贲门胃底部癌的治疗体会

目的临床分析经腹手术治疗贲门胃底部癌的治疗效果。方法选取我院2010年3月至2012年3月收治的200例贲门胃底部癌患者,按照随机分配的方法,将其分为研究组与对照组,每组100例。研究组给予经腹手术治疗,对照组给予经胸部手术治疗,对比两组的治疗效果。结果经过治疗后,研究组手术病死率1.0%,并发症发生率5.0%,对照组手术病死率6.0%,并发症发生率37.0%,研究组治疗效果明显优于对照组,两组对比存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论针对贲门胃底部癌患者,实施经腹手术治疗,可清除第2站、3站淋巴结,具有出血少、损伤小、并发症少、手术时间短、病死率低等优点,值得临床推广应用。

The Treatment Experience of Abdominal Operation Patients with Stomach Cancer

Objective Clinical analysis of abdominal operation patients with gastric bottom cancer treatment effect. Methods In our hospital from 2010 March to 2012 March treated 200 cases of patients with carcinoma of the cardia of the stomach bottom, according to a random distribution method, which can be divided into study group and control group, 100 cases in each group. The study group were given abdominal operation treatment, control group was given after chest operation treatment, the therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the study group operation mortality was 1%, the incidence of complications was 5%, operation mortality rate of 6% in control group, the incidence of complications was 37%, study the effect in treatment group was obviously superior to the control group, there was significant difference between two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion According to the cardia of the stomach bottom of cancer patients, the implementation of abdominal operation treatment, can remove the second stations, 3 stations of lymph nodes, with less bleeding, less injury, less complication, short operation time, mortality is low advantage, it is worthy of clinical application.
