摘    要:目的比较硬膜外麻醉和全凭静脉麻醉在输尿管镜钬激光碎石术中的效果。方法 120例ASAI~Ⅱ级输尿管镜钬激光碎石手术,随机将患者分为2组,每组60人。分别是硬膜外麻醉组(A组),全凭静脉麻醉组(B组)。记录患者围术期满意度,包括麻醉开始到手术开始时间,术中患者心率血压变化,并观察不良反应。结果满意度B组显著高于A组,不良反应B组较A组少。结论硬膜外麻醉和全凭静脉麻醉都能满足输尿管镜钬激光碎石术需要,但全凭静脉麻醉对患者更舒适,恢复快,不良反应少。

Abstract:Objective Comparison of epidural anesthesia and total intravenous anesthesia in ureteroscopic holmium: YAG laser lithotripsy in effect. Methods 120 cases of ASA I- II ureteroscopic holmium: YAG laser lithotripsy operation, the patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, each group of 60 people. Are the epidural anesthesia group ( group A), total intravenous anesthesia group(group B). Perioperative patient satisfaction with anesthesia records, including to the operation start time,the changes of blood pressure, heart rate of the patients, and observe the adverse reaction. Results The satisfaction of B group was significantly higher than that in A group, the adverse reaction of B group than in A group. Conclusion Epidural anesthesia and total intravenous anesthesia can meet the ureteroscopic holmium: YAG laser lithotripsy, but total intravenous anesthesia for patients more comfortable, faster recovery, less adverse reaction.
