异位阑尾炎的误诊及临床诊疗分析

目的探讨异位阑尾炎误诊的原因,提高异位阑尾炎的临床诊治水平。方法对本院2006年1月至2012年3月收治的14例误诊异位阑尾炎进行回顾性分析。结果 14例患者均开腹一期施行阑尾切除术,均痊愈出院。结论异位阑尾炎易误诊,通过加强对腹痛或不典型转移性腹痛的诊断与鉴别诊断的学习,可提高异位阑尾炎的诊治水平,做到早期诊治,避免误诊。

Misdiagnosis of Ectopic Appendicitis and Clinical Diagnosis

Objective To explore the reason of misdiagnosis of ectopic appendicitis and improve the clinical diagnosis and treatment of ectopic appendicitis level. Methods A total of 14 of ectopic appendicitis patients was admitted in our hospital from Jan 2006 to Mar 2012, retrospective study was performed to examine and analyst the clinical presentation, diagnostics and treatments of ectopic appendicitis. Results All 14 patients underwent open abdominal appendectomy and recovery. Conclusions The low success rate of diagnosing ectopic appendicitis is largely related to the knowledge gap in recognizing its clinical presentation and characteristics. In order to improve the treatment of appendicitis, physicians need to improve their ability of recognizing and diagnosing typical abdominal pain as well as atypical abdominal referred pain.
