银川市城区部分托幼机构1128例3—6岁儿童忽视状况及影响因素分析

目的了解银川市城区部分托幼机构3—6岁儿童忽视现状，探讨其影响因素，为制定相应的干预措施和政策提供依据。方法采用整群抽样的方法，对银川市城区4所幼儿园的1128名3—6岁儿童父母进行问卷调查。结果银川市城区部分托幼机构儿童忽视总发生率为24．4％，总忽视度为41．5；男、女童及不同年龄组儿童总忽视率、总忽视度比较差异均无统计学意义；不同年龄组儿童在情感忽视率及忽视度上差异均有统计学意义，6岁组儿童情感忽视率及忽视度最高、最重，3岁组儿童最低、最轻。影响儿童忽视发生率和忽视严重程度的主要因素有父母文化程度、父亲职业、收入减少等。结论银川市城区儿童被忽视现象不容乐观。
