某伪制羚羊角片的定性鉴别与研究

摘    要:目的对某种伪制羚羊角纵镑片进行定性鉴别,并描述其外观特征。方法①通过真伪品的紫外光谱及薄层色谱的比对实验,为伪品确认提供依据。②描述伪品的外观性状及与真品差异。结果①紫外光谱:在210~230nm之间,真品有吸收肩峰,而伪品没有肩峰;薄层色谱:在Rf值约0.2处,伪品比真品多出一个斑点。②两者的形态、环脊轮廓、内外表面色泽、触摸手感等外观特征均有差异。结论本文介绍的外观特征能有效识别该伪制羚羊角纵镑片。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To make a qualitative identification of fake of slice of antelope horn, then describe it' s surface character for your reference. METHODS (1)identifying the fake by comparing the ultraviolet spectrum and thin layer chromatography of the slice of antelope horn and it' s fake. (2)describing the fake' s surface character and the difference to the real slice of antelope horn. RESULTS (1)Between 210-230nm of the ultraviolet spectrum, the real have absorbing acromion but the fake don' t have. when RF of the thin layer chromatography is about 0.2, the fake have one more macula than the real. (2)The form, ring ridge contour, color of inside and outside surface, and handle of the real and the fake are all different. CONCLUSION We can identify the fake of slice of antelope horn effectively from the surface character described here.
