| 摘 要： | 肝脏局灶性结节增生(FNH)是仅次于血管瘤的第2位肝脏良性病变,是一种发生于正常肝脏结构的增生性疾病,并不是真正的肿瘤,有自发性消退倾向。FNH为富血管性病变,具有独特的血流动力学特征,经典型FNH术前确诊不难。非经典型病灶缺乏特征性,与富血供病变难鉴别,只能依靠穿刺活检。若早期能与原发性肝癌、肝血管瘤、纤维板层样肝癌、肝腺瘤等鉴别,就可采取保守治疗,减轻患者的身心负担,避免不必要的手术。对于典型现对FNH的病理表现及影像学表现予以综述,以提高对FNH的影像学诊断认识。

| Abstract: | Focal Nodular Hyperplasia (FNH) is the second benign liver lesions following hemangioma.It is a proliferative disease occurred in the structure of normal liver,but not true cancer.There is a tendency that it can spontaneously dissipate sometimes.FNH is a lesion which is rich in vascular,having unique hemodynamics characteristics.It's not difficult for classic FNH to preoperative diagnosis.It has a lack of feature for non-classical FNH,which is difficult to identify from lesions with rich blood supply.The no... |
