| 摘 要： | 分析陕西省米脂县2004-2007年布鲁氏菌病（布病）流行趋势及特点。对米脂县4年报告及监测资料进行分析。4年共报告布病患者219例，发病呈上升趋势;共检疫羊、牛4800只,检出阳性109只,阳性率2.27%。陕西省米脂县2004-2007年布病流行趋势呈平稳态势。

| Abstract: | The study was conducted to determine the epidemiological trends and characteristics of brucellosis in Mizhi county,Shannxi province,2004-2007.Relevant reports and surveillance data of the past four years in the county were collected and analyzed.A total of 219 cases with brucellosis were reported,suggesting an increasing trend of incidence.A total of 109 out of 4800 sheep and cattle were quarantined with the positive rate of 2.27%.Consequently,stable epidemiological characteristics of brucellosis were shown... |
