无钛夹腹腔镜阑尾切除术的临床应用

目的总结无钛夹腹腔镜阑尾切除术(LA)的经验并观察临床疗效。方法分析893例采用内凝法处理阑尾系膜,可吸收薇乔线套圈套扎阑尾根部,无钛夹腹腔镜阑尾切除术的临床资料。结果893例LA病例,平均住院3.0天,术后无内出血、残端瘘、肠粘连、肠梗阻等并发症。结论行LA时妥善处理阑尾系膜及残端,掌握阑尾移出腹腔的方法,可避免穿刺孔感染和术后内出血,减少肠粘连、肠梗阻的发生。该方法安全可靠,疗效满意,又能降低费用,值得推广。

THE CLINICAL EFFECT OF LAPAROCOPIC APPENDECTOMY WITHOUT TI - CLIPS

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of laparoscopic appendectomy (LA) without Ti-clips. Method To analyze the clinical data about the LA without Ti-clips, whose appendix mesentery was dealt with electrohemostasis and ligated with absorbable threads. Result The average hospitalization is 3 days and there were not internal hemorrhage, stump leakage, intestinal adhesion and intestinal obstruction after the surgery. Conclusion If deal well with the appendix mesentery and the stump and master the way of transfer the appendix out of the abdominal cavity can avoid puncture hole infection, internal hemorrhage, intestinal adhesion and intestinal obstruction. This way is safe and effective; it can be taken as the best choice of appendectomy.
