| 摘 要： | 目的:确定肿节风的精制工艺。方法:采用正交设计法,以出膏率、异嗪皮啶和总黄酮的提取量为指标优选精制工艺。结果:以醇沉浓度70%、醇沉时间12h、醇沉温度20℃为最佳精制工艺。结论:优选的工艺稳定、可行。

| Abstract: | Objective:Sarcandrae is one of the gengeral all purpose traditional Chinese medicine,Definiting the best abstraction and exquisition method of Sarcandrae.Methods:By comparing with different methods,definiting the best abstraction and exquisite craftwork of Sarcandrae is baised from orthogonal experiment.Results:The result was 70% ethanol as solvent,ethanol sink time for 12h,ethanol sink temperature for 20℃.Under this condition,the total-flavone can be bestly abstracted and exquisited.Conclusion:Definiting the best abstraction and exquisition craftwork of Sarcandrae. |
