延藿骨宝对实验性骨质疏松大鼠重要器官的影响

目的 探讨延藿骨宝对类固醇性大鼠重要器官的影响。方法 采用3月龄雄性SD大鼠21只,随机分为对照组(A)、激素模型(B)组、延藿骨宝预防(C)组。3个月后取大鼠内脏和重要器官进行称重。结果 C组体重与A组和B组比较,未见显著差异。B组的内脏和重要器官与A组比较,心和左、右肾分别减少23.58％(P<0.01)、24.44％(P<0.05)和21.67％(P<0.05),其余的器官也均有减少的趋势。C组与A组比较,除了左睾丸和肾上腺无明显减少外,其余器官(胸腺等)均有减少的趋势。与B组比较,对器官的影响较小或者能防止类固醇所致的器官下降。结论 长期使用类固醇会使大鼠的内脏萎缩,但延藿骨宝则可抑制此作用。

Effects of Yanhuogubao on preventing the damage of important organs in experimental osteoporosis rats

Objective To explore the effects of Chinese Herbal drug Yanhuogubao used to prevent steroid hormone-induced osteoporosis on viscera and important organs in rats.Methods Twenty-one male 3 month old Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into the control, the hormone(prednisone acetate 4.5 mg·kg-1 ,twice a week)and Yanhuogubao group(Chinese Herbal medicine Yanhuogubao 5 ml · kg-1· d-1,crude drugs:330 g·L-1, plus prednisone as in hormone group) . After three month, the viscera and important organs in rats were gained and weighed. Results The weight of the heart, right and left kidney in hormone group were significandy decreased by 23.58% ( P < 0.01),24.44%(P<0.05)和 21.67%(P < 0.05),though the rest parameters tended to decrease in comparison with control group.The weight of the visera and important organs in Yanhuogubao group were tended to decrease, especially thymus significantly decreased by 41.67% (P<0.01)in comparison with control group,and compared with Hormone group, the influences of Yanhuogubao on the viscera and important organs had no greatly significance. Conclusion When steroid hormone was used for a long time, the viscera and important organs would be led to decrease,on the contrary,the Yanhuogubao could arrest the decline of them.
