泻心汤对实验性高脂血症大鼠的影响

目的探讨泻心汤防治高脂血症的作用机制。方法采用高脂饲料制作高脂血症大鼠模型,并以生理盐水、阳性对照药血脂康作对照,观察其对大鼠血脂等的影响。结果泻心汤能降低高脂血症大鼠TC、LDL-C水平,升高HDL-C水平,以中、高剂量组为显著(P<0.05)。结论泻心汤能降低TC、LDL-C,升高HDL-C水平。本研究表明泻心汤能有效调节实验性高脂血症,值得进一步开发研究。

The Influence of Xie Xin Soup on the Blood Lipid Level in Experimental Hyperlipidemia Rat

Objection To explore XieXinTang(XXT)′s effect on hypercholesteraemia.Methods This study fed the rats with high cholesterol food to induce hypercholesteraemia ,and observed the effects of XXT on the TC,LDL-C ,HDL-C in animal models ,and compared them with the group of XueZhiKangCapsule(XZKC),the group of modle and the normal group simultaneously.Results XXT could decrease the levels of TC,LDL-C and increase the levels of HDL-C in hypercholesteraemia .The middle and the hige dosage group were especially effective in these indexes(P<0.05).Conclusion XXT was effective in reducing the levels of TC,LDL-C ,increasing the levels of HDL-C .The research indicate that XXT has an antagonistic effect on the experimental hypercholesteraemia,which is worthy of going into further studying.
