| 摘 要： | 参照美国药典23版及中国药典1995年版收载的细菌内毒素检查法进行试验。参麦注射液经32倍稀释可排除干扰因素，用灵敏度为0．125EU／ml的鲎试剂检测细菌内青霉是有效的，可代替家兔法对参麦注射液进行日常检测。

| Abstract: | The endotoxin inspection methods of Shen Mai injection were discussed. The results showed that the interference elements could be excluded by diluting Shen Maiinjection 3 2 times,and endo- toxin could be inspected by limulus amebocyte lysate with sensitivity of 0 .1 2 5 EU/ml. |
