| 摘 要： | 目的:为监测心气虚证患者病情变化寻找一项客观指标。方法:运用放射免疫分析技术检测不同心功能级别的冠心病心气虚证患者的甲状腺激素水平。结果:随着心功能级别的增加,T3、T4均渐降低,而rT3渐升高,T3、T4r、T3与心功能级别均具有显著相关性(P<0.01)。TSH与心功能级别变化无相关性(P>0.05)。结论:甲状腺激素变化程度与冠心病心气虚证患者的心功能级别密切相关,甲状腺激素水平可作为监测心气虚证患者病情变化的一项客观指标。

| Abstract: | Objective:To seek an index for observing the changing of the Heart-Qi Dificiency Syndrome(HQDS).Methods:The thyroid hormones level of vary grades of cardiac function was compared with radioimmunoassy.Results:Along with the aggravation of HQDS.plasma level of T_3 and T_4 progressively decreased(P<0.01),while rT_3 progressively increased(P<0.01).Plasma TSH is not related to the severity of HQDS(P>0.05).Conclusion:The extent of plasma thyroid hormones changing are associated with cardiac function. |
