原发性肠系膜肿瘤的CT诊断

目的 探讨原发性肠系膜肿瘤(PMT)的CT表现及其诊断价值。资料与方法 回顾性分析18例良性及23例恶性共43个PMT的CT表现。间叶组织源性肿瘤34例，神经源性肿瘤4例，其他3例。结果 PMT常单发，形态多变，平均最大径8．4em，大多边界清晰伴肠管及肠系膜血管移位。可表现为囊性(2个)、囊实混合性(12个)、非均质实性(9个)、均质实性(13个)或脂肪密度肿块(7个)。结论 PMT病理类型多样，CT在肿瘤定位、明确范围与良恶性的鉴别上有较大价值，但多数不易明确其组织来源。

CT Diagnosis of Primary Mesenteric Tumors

Objective To discuss CT features of primary mesenteric tumors and to evaluate CT scanning in its diagnosis. Materials and Methods CT findings in 41 cases with pathologically-proved primary benign (n=18) and malignant (n=23) mesenteric tumors were retrospectively analyzed. The neoplasm included mesoblastic tumor (n=34), neurogenic tumor (n=4), and other lesions (n=3).Results Primary mesenteric tumors usually solitary and well-defined, with an average diameter of 8.4 cm. The adjacent intestinal loop was deviated due to the space-occupying effect of the lesion. The lesions were presented as cystic (n=2), cystic-solid (n=12), inhomogeneous solid (n=9), homogeneous solid (n=13) or fat-density (n=7).Conclusion Pathologically, primary mesenteric tumors have a variety of types. CT is of great value in localizing the tumor, in clarifying its extent and in differentiating benign with malignant ones, although it is difficult to determine its histological origin in most cases.
