中药治疗单纯疱疹性角膜炎的疗效观察

目的:探讨中药治疗单纯疱疹性角膜炎(HSK)的临床疗效。方法:78例HSK患者随机分为治疗组(39例)和对照组(39例);治疗组接受中药治疗,对照组接受传统西医药治疗。结果:总有效率治疗组(94.87%)明显高于对照组(79.49%),两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组平均治愈天数和显效天数均明显短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组均无明显治疗副反应。结论:中药治疗HSK疗程短,疗效肯定,值得推广应用。

Clinical Effef of Chinese Medicine on Treatment of Herpes Simplex Keratitis

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Chinese medicine on herpes simplex keratitis(HSK).Methods:78 cases of HSK were randomly divided into 2 groups,39 cases was in treatment group and 39 cases was in control group.The treatment group was treated with Chinese medicine,and control one with western medicine.Results:The total effective rate of treatment group(94.87%) was higher than that of control group(79.49%),and there were significant difference in two groups(P<0.05).The days of healing and improving in treatment group were less than that in control group,and there were significant difference in two groups(P<0.01).There was no significant side effect in two groups.Conclusions:Chinese medicine in treating HSK is effective,it can shorten the course of treatment,and worth being utilized widely.
