| 摘 要： | 目的观察西米替丁、水溶性维生素联合治疗小儿腹泻的疗效与安全性。方法把诊断为小儿腹泻的患儿随机分为2组：治疗组48例，对照组36例，比较其疗效、疗程。结果治疗组大便次数恢复时间（3．54±0．83）d，大便性状改变（0．87±0．51）d。治疗组72h总有效率91．67％，与对照组比较有显著差异（P〈0.05）。结论西米替丁、水溶性维生素联合治疗小儿腹泻能减少腹泻次数，改变大便性状，缩短疗程。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical effects and security of cimetidine and water-soluble vitamins on the treatment of infantile diarrhea. Methods All children with infantile diarrhea were randomly divided into two groups ： 48 in the experimental group, 36 in the control group. We compared the clinical effects and the course of treatment of two groups.Results The recovery time of stool frequency in the experimental group： （3.54 ± 0.83 ）days and the recovery time of stool character： （0.87 ± 0.51 ）days. The total effective ratio in the experimental group within 72 hours was 91.67% .Them was significant difference compared to the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Cimetidine and water-sohthle vitamins for the treatment of infantile diarrhea can reduce the stool frequency, change the stool character, and shorten the course of diarrhea. |
