| 摘 要： | 胃食管反流病(GERD)迄今尚无相对应的中医病名和较为统一、规范、公认的中医辨证分型方法和标准。本文汇总了近15年关于胃食管反流病中医证型分类的相关文献,对胃食管反流病的中医证型、研究现状做一概述。结果提示胃食管反流病的病机以脾虚、气郁、痰湿、郁热为主,中医辨证分型以分五型之内为多。

| Abstract: | Gastroesophageal reflux disease has not yet correspond to the name of Chinese medicine and more uniform, standardized, recognized syndrome differentiation methods and standards. This article summarizes the past 15 years of gastroesophageal reflux disease on the TCM - classified documents related to gastroesophageal reflux disease of TCM research to do a overview of the status quo. The results suggest that the pathogenesis of gastroesophageal reflux disease by splenic asthenia, depressed vital energy, phlegmatic hygrosis, heat accumulation,the syndrome differentiation to five patterns for more. |
