| 摘 要： | 笔者报道17例采用维斯第负压封闭引流病人的护理观察，认为应用维斯第技术可控制的全方位引流去除创伤后受损组织产生的毒素分解产物，减少机体组织对其重吸收，将开放创面变为闭合创面，促进组织新生和创面愈合。
