磷酸川芎嗪治疗单纯型糖尿病视网膜病变的临床观察

目的观察磷酸川芎嗪氯化钠注射液治疗单纯型糖尿病视网膜的病变的疗效。方法磷酸川芎嗪氯化钠注射液100m(l磷酸川芎嗪0.1g与氯化钠0.9g),静脉缓慢滴注,每日1次,10～15天为一疗程,治疗2～3个疗程。结果本组病例35例(60只眼),显效30只眼,占50.00%,有效25只眼,占41.67%,稳定5只眼,占8.33%。总有效率为91.67%。结论磷酸川芎嗪氯化钠治疗早期糖尿病视网膜病变,改善微循环,扩张小血管,安全有效,早期治疗可保护患者的视功能。

Clinical efficacy of ligustrazine phosphate and sodium chloride injection in the treatment of background diabetic retinophathy

Objective To study the efficacy of ligustrazine phosphate and sodium chloride injection in the treatment of background diabetic retinophathy. Methods ligustrazine phosphate and sodium chloride injection l00 ml (ligustrazine phosphate 0.1 g and sodium chloride 0.9 g) was perfused intravenously for 10~15 days (once a day) Results Of 35 patients (60 eyes), 30 eyes(50.00% )was cured , 25 eyes (41.67%) showed improvement, 5eyes(8.33%) remained unchanged, the effective rate of the patients is 91.67%. Conclusion Ligustrazine phosphate and sodium chloride injection is a safe, effective means in the treatment of early diabetic retinopathy. The early therapy can salvage useful vision.
