经皮椎体成形术治疗脊椎压缩骨折13例

目的　观察经皮椎体成形术(PVP)治疗脊椎压缩骨折的临床效果。方法　应用PVP治疗脊椎压缩骨折13例14个椎体,术后均行CT扫描,并观察临床效果。结果　13例14个椎体中,3例3个椎体椎管内少量渗漏;1例1个椎体椎管内渗漏明显,术后d4出现尿潴留;2例2个椎体旁少量渗漏;余7例8个椎体无明显渗漏。9例骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折患者,8例疼痛基本消失,1例疼痛明显减轻;4例新鲜外伤性椎体压缩骨折患者,2例疼痛基本消失,2例明显减轻。结论　PVP是治疗脊椎压缩骨折的安全有效的微创方法。

Percutaneous vertebroplasty for treatment of 13 patients with vertebral compression fractures

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of percutaneous vertebroplasty(PVP)in the treatment of vertebral compression fractures.Methods Thirteen patients(14 vertebra centrum)with vertebral compression fractures were treated with PVP,and the CT examination and clinical effects after operation were observed.Results There were 3 patients(3 vertebra centrum)with a smoll quantities of effusion in spinal canal.and there was 1 patient(1 vertebra centrum)with intraspinal effusion and with uroschesis on 4 d after operation.There 2 patients(2 vertebra centrum)with a small quantities of effusion by the vertebral centrum after operation.Other 7 patients(8 vertebra centrum)were not effusion.In 9 patients with osteoporosis compression fractures,the pain subside basically in 8 patients and the pain reduced markedly in 1 patient.In 4 patients with tranmatic pressure fractures,the pain subside basically in 2 patients and the pain reduced markedly in 2 patient after operation.Conclusion The PVP is a safe and effective minimal access operastion for patients with the vertebral compression fractures.
