广州市海珠区中小学生近视防治知信行调查

目的了解广州市海珠区中小学生近视知信行情况，为全区近视防治干预项目提供基础资料。方法在广州市海珠区选择1所中学和1所小学，采用分层随机整群抽样方法，分别抽取初中生95人和小学生144人，对全部学生进行近视知信行问卷调查。结果近视核心健康知识知晓率为52．1％，且初中生的知晓率高于小学生；学生主要的不良行为是长时间看电视和学习；58．8％的学生通过戴眼镜矫正视力；36．8％的学生在上一周学习中出现了眼酸眼痛症状。结论加强健康教育提高知晓率和预防意识，开展行为干预，纠正不良行为，以降低近视患病率。

KAP about myopia among the students of middle and primary school in Haizhu District in Guangzhou City

Objective To study myopia related the knowledge, attitude, behavior and practice among the students of middle and primary school in Haizhu District in Guangzhou, and to provide basics for the intervention of health education on myopia among students of middle and primary school in Haizhu District, Methods Questionnaire survey about myopia related KAP was conducted among 95 middle school students and 144 primary school students ,selected from Haizhu District Guangzhou City by clustering stratified random sampling were investigated by the skilled Chiuared test was used for data analysis. Results Awareness rate of the core knowledge of myopia was 52.1%, and there were significant difference among different grades. The students＇ main risk behaviors of myopia were longtime watching TV and study. 58.8 % of students corrected visual acuity by wearing eyeglasses. 36.8 % of students had had eyes ache after studying in the week before investigation. Conclusion Intervention measures must be carry out to raise the students＇ knowledge about myopia, and to change the risk behaviors to decreasing the incidence of myopia.
