颈动脉体瘤的临床诊治(附26例报告)

目的探讨颈动脉体瘤的临床诊治方法。方法回顾研究第四军医大学口腔医学院颌面外科1979-2003年收治的26例28侧颈动脉体瘤患者，分析其临床特点及诊断治疗方法。结果 颈动脉体瘤临床上多数表现为颈部缓慢生长肿物，可触及搏动或闻及血管杂音，13超及颈动脉造影显示血运丰富，颈动脉分叉增大，有特殊的抱球状改变。除1例患者外其余患者经颈动脉压迫训练后手术治疗均取得良好效果。结论结合临床及影像学特点可对颈动脉体瘤进行诊断及鉴别诊断，颈动脉压迫训练后手术是理想的治疗方法。

Clinical diagnosis and therapy of carotid body tumors (26 cases reported)

Objective To evaluate the clinical diagnosis and therapy of carotid body tumors.Methods Twenty-six cases of carotid body tumors were studied retrospectively from the Dept.of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery(Stomatological College,Fourth Military Medical University) from 1979 to 2003.The clinical characteristics,diagnosis and therapy were analyzed.Results Carotid body tumors were clinically presented as cervical masses which slowly grew bigger and where throb could be touched.By angiographical and ultrasonic examination,they presented abundant blood supply and specific enlargement of cervical artery fortification.All cases except one were successfully operated after Matas training.Conclusion Clinical presentations together with image examination can result in accurate diagnosis of carotid body tumors and operation after Matas training is ideal therapy for this tumor.
