血脂康对单纯性脂肪肝患者血脂血糖及胰岛素的影响

目的探讨血脂康对单纯性脂肪肝患者血脂、血糖及胰岛素的影响。方法单纯性脂肪肝患者68例,随机分为对照组和治疗组。对照组给予改善生活方式、控制体重、维生素及保肝药物等常规治疗;治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用血脂康治疗。两组患者于治疗前及治疗3个月、6个月后分别检测血脂、空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖、空腹胰岛素(FIns)、餐后2 h胰岛素,并计算胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)和胰岛素敏感指数(ISI)。结果治疗组与对照组治疗3个月TG均降低、HDL-C均升高,两组比较有显著差异(P<0.05);治疗6个月TG、TC、LDL-C、FFA均降低,HDL-C均升高,两组比较有显著差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。治疗组与对照组治疗3个月HOMA-IR均降低,两组比较有显著差异(P<0.05);治疗6个月空腹血糖、餐后2 h胰岛素、HOMA-IR均降低,ISI升高,两组比较有显著差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论血脂康不仅可以改善单纯性脂肪肝患者的血脂和血糖,同时能够改善患者的胰岛素抵抗,并与治疗时间相关。

Effects of Xuezhikang Capsule on the blood lipids, glucose and insulin in the patients with simple fatty liver

Objective To research the effects of Xuezhikang Capsule on the blood lipids,glucose and insulin in the patients with simple fatty liver.Methods Sixty-eight cases of patients with simple fatty liver(SFL) were divided randomly into control group and treatment group.The therapy,including improving the life style and controlling body weight,was given to the patients in the control group.Besides the routine therapy,Xuezhikang Capsule was added to the patients in the treated group.Blood lipids,blood glucose(fasting and postprandial 2 hour),blood insulin(fasting and postprandial 2 hour),insulin resistance index (HOMA-IR),insulin sensitive index(ISI) were tested during the treatment.Results 1.In both control group and treated group,TG was decreased and HDL-C was increased in 3 months,and there was significant difference of those indexes between the two groups(P<0.05).After 6 months treatment,all the levels of TG, TC,LDL-C,FFA were decreased while HDL-C was increased,and the difference of those indexes was significant between the two groups(P<0.05 or P<0.01).2.In both control group and treated group,HOMA-IR was decreased in 3 months, and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).After 6 months treatment,all the levels of fasting blood glucose,postprandial 2 hour insulin and HOMA-IR were decreased while ISI was increased,and the difference of those indexes was significant between the two groups(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion Xuezhikang Capsule could improve the blood lipids and glucose of the patients with simple fatty liver,and also improve the insulin resistance,and the effects were associated with course of treatment.
