34例Hunt综合征的诊断和治疗体会

目的 :为提高对Hunt综合征的认识和早期诊断水平并分析无环鸟苷 (阿昔洛韦 )对本病的治疗效果。方法 :对34例Hunt综合征的临床特征进行分析 ,确诊后设治疗组 ( 2 1例 )应用无环鸟苷治疗 ,对照组 ( 13例 )应用利巴韦林治疗 ,观察疗效。结果 :该病的临床表现因病毒侵犯机体的部位和程度不同呈现多样性。早期应用无环鸟苷治疗有效地提高了面瘫的恢复率 ,缩短了病程 ,两组相比差异显著 ( P <0 0 5 )。结论 :面瘫病人 ,尤其有客观性耳聋者应注意与本病的鉴别。早期应用无环鸟苷及皮质类固醇激素对本病有较好的治疗作用

Diagnosis and treatment of Ramsay Hunt syndrome

Objective To improve the acknowledgement of Hunt syndrome and its early diagnosis and analyze the therapeutic effect of Acyclovir.Methods Thirty-four patients with Hunt syndrome were divided into treatment group(21 cases)and control group(13 cases) to analyze the clinical features and observe the therapeutic effect.The former group was treated with Acyclovir and the latter was treated with Ribavirin.Results The clinical representation varied with the different regions attacked and its degrees.Early application of Acyclovir could effectively improve the recovery of facial paralysis and shorten the disease course.There was obvious difference between the groups(P<0 05).Conclusion Facial paralysis,especially idiopathic hearing loss,should be differentiated with Hunt syndrome.Early application of Acyclovir and corticosteroids could effectively treat this disease.
