循证护理在防治放射性口腔黏膜炎中的应用

目的探讨循证护理在防治鼻咽癌患者放射性口腔黏膜炎中的效果。方法将102例鼻咽癌放射治疗患者随机分为循证组52例和对照组50例。对照组采用常规口腔护理方法，循证组将循证护理模式贯穿于护理的全过程，分析鼻咽癌患者放射治疗发生口腔黏膜炎的原因、危险因素等，提出急需解决的健康问题，针对问题，实施具体护耻措施。，结果循证组患者口腔黏膜炎发生的时间及口腔黏膜损伤的程度与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论将循证护理应用于防治鼻咽癌放射治疗患者几腔黏膜炎中，能减轻鼻咽癌放射治疗患者的并发症，使放射治疗顺利进行，提高患者的生活质量及护理人员的综合素质。

Application of evidence-based nursing to prevention and cure in the radioactive cavitasoris membranitis

Objective To study the effective of evidence-based nursing to prevention and cure in the radioactive cavitasoris membranitis. Methods 102 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma were randomly divided into evidence-based group of 52 patients and control group of 50 patients. Convention mouth care methods were applied in the control group; evidence-based nursing model was applied through the entire care process in the evidence-based group. Then analyzed the cause, risk factor of the radioactive cavitasoris membranitis, and raised the nursing model to health matter that must be dealed with urgently. Results There were significance difference in the lasting time and extent of the radioactive cavitasoris membranitis between evidence-based group and control group (P<0.01).Conclusion Applying evidence-based nursing to prevention and cure in the radioactive cavitasoris membranitis could alleviate the complication in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma, so that the smooth progress radiation therapy, boost quality of patients' life and comprehend level of nursing personnel
