| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨重症肌无力及其危象的有效护理措施。方法：回顾分析本院收治20例重症肌无力和5例重症肌无力危象患者的临床资料。结果：本组20例重症肌无力患者经积极治疗和精心护理后,16例痊愈,4例好转;5例重症肌无力危象患者中,痊愈2例,好转1例,无效1例,死亡1例。结论：积极治疗和加强护理是治疗重症肌无力及其危象的关键措施。

| Abstract: | Objective：To explore the effect of nursing measures for myasthenia gravis and it＇s crisis.Method：The clinical data of 20 cases with myasthenia gravis and 5 cases with myasthenia gravis crisis were analyzed retrospectively.Result：After active treatment and nursing,16 cases were cured and 4 cases were improved in this group of 20 cases with myasthenia gravis.In this group of 5 cases with myasthenia gravis crisis,2 cases were cured,1 case were improved,1 case were ineffective,1 case were dead.Conclusion：Active treatment and nursing were the key measures of treatment for myasthenia gravis and myasthenia gravis crisis. |
