| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨急性颅脑损伤后患者血浆Ghrelin等动态变化与伤后食欲下降及应激性溃疡的关系。方法：对60例急性颅脑损伤患者血浆中Ghrelin在伤后48h内,7d进行动态观察及相关分析。结果：各组患者血浆Ghrelin水平伤后48h内及7d内较正常组均明显下降（p（0.05）,其变化与血中性粒细胞数量变化呈负相关性,与其它各组比较差异有显著意义（p（0.05）。结论：颅脑损伤患者早期血浆Ghrelin水平降低,为应激性反应所致,导致患者食欲下降,同时其浓度下降可能加重胃粘膜损伤,导致或加速应激性溃疡的发生。 |

| Abstract: | Objective：To examine Clinical significance of dynamic detection for plasma Ghrelin in patients with acute brain injury,to discuss relationship between Ghrelin and lower appetite and stress ulcer after brain injury.Methods：Plasma concentration of Ghrelin was measured in first 48h and at 7th day after acute brain injury in 60 patients which divided into severe、moderate and mild groups and 20 normal controls.Results： Plasma concentration of ghrelin in all patients with acute brain injury was decreasing in 48h（P0.05） and 7th day after injury compare to control group,it＇s negative corrrelation with blood white cell（P0.05）.Conclusion：The decreased Ghrelin concentration in plasma after acute brain injury caused lower appetite and at least in part,accelerated development of stress ulcer. |
