综合医院会诊-联络精神病学10年间变化

目的：了解综合医院会诊-联络精神病学10年变化的情况。方法：对本院1991年和2001年临床各科住院病人邀请精神科会诊的数量、科室分布、精神科诊断与处理情况进行对比分析。结果：年会诊率1991年与2001年分别为0．45％与0．71％，呈上升趋势；会诊的科室以内、外科为主，会诊的疾病种类1991年与2001年前三种疾病仍分别是躯体疾病所致精神障碍、脑器质性疾病所致精神障碍及神经症。结论：综合医院住院病人精神医学问题呈上升趋势，应加强会诊-联络精神病学的研究与推广。

The change of the consultation-liaison psychiatry service in general hospital between 10 years

Objective: To investigate the variation of the consultation-liaison psychiatry service in general hospital during 10 years. Methods: We reviewed the medical records of psychiatric consultation in year of 1991 and 2001 in our hospital and comparing their consultation number, distribution on the department, psychiatric diagnosis and treatment. Results: The rate of year consultation was 0.45% (1991) and 0.71% (2001) respectively. There was an increased tendency on the rate of year consultation. The Dept. of internal medicine and the Dept. of surgical were the main Dept. which need consultation. The types of disease of consultation in the preceding were mental disorder due to physical disease, brain organic disorder and neurosis both in 1991 and in 2001. Conclusion: There was an increased tendency about mental health problem of in- patients in general hospital. We should strengthen the spread and study about the consultation-liaison psychiatry.
