两种三腔二囊管置入法的比较及护理配合

目的：探讨两种三腔二囊管置入方法的临床治疗价值及护理配合，方法：对传统方法置入三腔二囊管和运用导丝交换法置入三腔二囊管的破损率，病人反应性，成功率及护理配合进行比较，结果：传统法和导丝交换法的破损率及病人反应性无明显差异，但传统法置入三腔二囊管成功率为78．4％，明显低于导丝交换法置入三腔二囊管组（93．2％），差异有显著性意义（P＜0．05）。后者在护理配合上要求更高。结论：导丝交换置入三腔二囊管能显著提高三腔二囊管置入的成功率。

Comparing and Nursing Cooperate of Two Kinds of Intubation of Tree-ways and Two-capsula

Objective To probe the clinical treatment value and nursing cooperate of two kinds intubation of the tree-way and two-capsula. Methods Using traditional methods and using guide line exchange method in the intubation, then comparing the injury rate, response of the patients, successful rate and nursing cooperate. Results There were no significant differences in injury rate and response of the patients between two methods. But the successful rate of the traditional methods is 78.4%, that of the new method is 93.2%, the difference was significant. The new methods require more nursing cooperate. Conclusions The guide line exchange method can raise the successful rate of the tree-ways and two-capsula intubation.
