| 摘 要： | 神经生长因子(NGF)对中枢神经系统损伤后神经再生有重要的促进作用已得到证实,目前研究认为其作用机制主要是促进突触素p38、生长相关蛋白等功能蛋白的表达,并可与硫酸软骨素蛋白多糖(CSPGs)结合、降低CSPGs对神经再生的抑制作用;控制某些蛋白的修饰如磷酸化过程以及阻断中枢神经损伤后产生的抑制再生蛋白的抑制作用等,而促进神经再生。

| Abstract: | The nerve growth factor (NGF) is well-known to play an critical role in the nerve regeneration of injured central nervous system.The present study shows that the nerve growth factor enhances the nerve regeneration during the mechanism of nerve regeneration as follows.Firstly the NGF prompts the gene expression of the function proteins,e.g.p38,GAP-43.Secondly the NGF is combined with chondroitinsulfateproteoglycans (CSPGs),then the inhibit function of CSPGs for the nerve regeneration decreases.Thirdly,the NG... |
