经腹与经阴道超声在异位妊娠的临床应用

目的：总结异位妊娠的超声表现及探讨协助临床诊断异位妊娠的合理的超声检查方法。方法：对118例异位妊娠患者分别进行经腹超声与经阴道超声检查并回顾分析其超声表现，与手术病理结果对照，对比分析其诊断符合率。结果：经腹超声（TAS）诊断异位妊娠符合率为70．3％，经阴道超声（TVS）诊断异位妊娠符合率为83．9％，TAS＋TVS诊断异位妊娠符合率为95．8％，TAS＋TVS联合应用优于TAS或TVS单独检查，且其差异具有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论：TAS与TVS二者各有优缺点，故二者联合应用可以提高诊断准确率，可作为早期异位妊娠诊断的首选方法。

Clinical application of transabdominal and transvaginal sonography in ectopic pregnancy

Objective： To conclude ectopic pregnancy ultrasound performance and study reasonable ultrasound examination methods of helping clinical diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy .Methods： The 118 cases of ectopic pregnancy patients were examined through transabdominal sonography （ TAS） and transvaginal sonography （ TVS）;Sonographic findings were analyzed;Surgical pathology results and the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy were contrasted.Results： The diagnostic rates of TAS , TVS and TAS ＋TVS were 70.3%,83.9% and 95.8% in diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy .The combined use of the TAS ＋TVS was better than TAS or TVS （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion：TAS and TVS have both advantages and disadvantages , so the combined use of the two methods can improve the accuracy of diagnosis .It also can be used as the preferred way to early diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy .
