| 摘 要： | 目的研究病毒性乙型肝炎(HBV)的HBV DNA载量与肝纤维化四项的关系。方法收集确诊的病毒性乙型肝炎患者266例,采用荧光定量PCR法检测患者血清样本HBV DNA载量,采用化学发光免疫分析法检测患者血清样本肝纤维化四项。结果 266例HBV感染患者中,HBV DNA阳性率为67%。乙肝病毒载量(血清HBV DNA)与各项肝纤维化指标无明显的相关性,差异均无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论HBV感染患者中,乙肝病毒载量与肝纤维化四项无明显的相关性。

| Abstract: | Objective The relationship between quantity of hepatitis B virus DNA and hepatic fibrosis was studied. Methods 266 HBV patients was collected. And the quantity of hepatitis B was detected by quantity PCR. The hepatic fibrosis was detected by chemiluminescent immunoassay. Results The positive rate of HBV DNA detection was 76% （152/226）. There was no relationship in the hepatic fibrosis （P〉0.05）. Conclusion There was no relationship between the quantity of hepatitis B virus DNA and hepatic fibrosis in HBV patient. |
