| 摘 要： | 目的 研究糖尿病患者交感神经皮肤反应（SSR）的变化。方法 对26例2型糖尿病患者进行SSR检测，并与28例健康自愿者进行对比分析。结果 对照组中28例均能清楚引出波形；患者组中SSR异常14例（53％），表现为潜伏期延长和波幅降低，异常反应与自主神经症状、周围神经病变有关。对部分病例同时行电刺激与磁刺激，发现噘刺激波形更稳定。重复性好。结论 对糖尿病患者SSR是一种简便易行、无创性的自主神经功能检测方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the characteristic of sympathetic skin response(SSR)in diabetic neuropathy.Methods SSR was studied in 26 patients with NIDDM and 28 healthy control subjects.Results SSR was all elicited clearly in 28 healthy control subjects.Prolongation of latency was found in 14 patients,8 of whom had remarkable decreases in amplitude.The abnormal ratio was 53.8%.The abnormal SSR was significantly correlated to the automonic symtoms and peripheral neuropathy.SSR following magnetic stimulation of the neck was also studied in 10 patients,and it was found that magnetic stimulation of neck is a highly reproducible method of evoking SSR.Conclusion SSR is a very important diagnostic method to deal with autonomic nerve dysfunction. |
