卡托普利对高血压病患者左室肥厚的消退作用

本文报道应用超声心动图评价卡托普利对高血压病患者左室肥厚的影响。研究组30例口服卡托普利治疗6～12个月，治疗前后分别用超声心动图仪测量IVS和LVPW值，发现治疗后IVS和LVPW有明显消退，与治疗前比较有显著差异（P＜0．001）。而20例对照组病人用复方降压素、钙离子阻滞剂或β受体阻滞剂治疗，在疗程结束后IVS和LVPW继续肥厚，与治疗前比较，P值分别＜0．02和＜0．002。结果显示：卡托普利对高血压病左室肥厚有消退作用。

Effect of Captopril on Left Ventricular Hypertrophy in Hypertensive Patients

This paper reports the echocardiographic observation on the changes of left ventricular hypertrophy in 30 patients before and 6~12 months after treatment with captopril (study group) and in 20 with Reserpine Co., Calcium antigonist f or Beta blockers (control group). The results showed that the measured values of IVS and LVPW after the treatment, compared with the values measured before the treatment, were obviously reduced in study group (P<0.001), and on the contrary, were higher in control group (IVS, P<0.02; LVPW, P<0.002). We consider that the left ventricular hypertrophy in hypertensive patient could be reduced by captopril.
