| 摘 要： | 目的探讨胸腰段脊髓迟发性损伤的治疗方式及疗效。方法 对伤后３个月－６年发生迟发性脊髓损伤１２例病人进行椎管造影和ＣＴ，ＭＲＩ检查，出现症状时用侧前方减压术治疗。结果 证实损伤原因来自前方的压迫。１１例完全恢复，１例恢复不明显。结论胸腰段脊髓迟发性损伤及时诊断，治疗可获满意的疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To search into the therapeutic ways and effects of delayed injury of thoracolumbar spinal cord. Methods 12 patients after trauma for 3 months to 6 years accepted the examinations of myelography,CT and MRI. Only when the symptoms coming out could the lateroanterior decompression be performed. Results The injury resulted from the pressure from anterior. 11 cases were rehabilitated after operation but 1 case showed little rehabilitation. Conclusion If early diagnosis and prompt decompression are made, satisfactory effects can be obtaind. |
