摘    要:目的 建立养肝利胆颗粒(白芍、陈皮、枸杞子、何首乌和炙甘草)的HPLC指纹图谱分析方法.方法 以芍药苷为考察指标,XDB-C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),以甲醇-0.1%磷酸水为流动相梯度洗脱,检测波长230 nm,检测时间100 min.并运用化学计量学上的向量余弦法对它们进行相似性分析.结果 定量测定方法稳定、可靠,重复性好,回收率较高,指纹图谱共分离出14个峰,其中共有峰9个.结论 该方法可用于养肝利胆颗粒的质量控制.

Abstract:AIM To establish HPLC fingerprints for Yanggan Lidan Granules(Paeoniae Radix alba,Citri reticulatae Pericarpium,Lycii Fructus,Polygoni multiflori Radix,Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma Praeparata cum Melle).METHODS With paeoniflorin as the reference substance,HPLC method was established for fingerprints chromatography of Yanggan Lidan Granules using agilent 1100 HPLC system.A XDB-C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) coupled with a C18 guard column was used at 25 ℃,mobile phase consisted of methanol and 0.1%H3PO4,in gradient elution mode at 230 nm,with detection time of 100 minutes.The similarity was analyzed by similarity evaluation and system cluster analysis.RESULTS Fourteen peaks were obtained in the fingerprints chromatography,of which nine peaks were common.The determination method was stable and reliable.CONCLUSION This HPLC fingerprint chromatogram can be used for the quality control of Yanggan Lidan Granules.
