| 摘 要： | 目的研究辛伐他汀对急性心肌梗死患者血清C-反应蛋白(CRP)的影响。方法选择2005年12月至2007年2月住院的52例急性心肌梗死患者,随机分为两组:对照组(26例)常规治疗,辛伐他汀组(26例)在常规治疗基础上加用辛伐他汀。分别于治疗前、治疗2周后采集静脉血,测定血清CRP浓度。结果治疗后对照组及辛伐他汀组血清CRP浓度较治疗前均明显下降,且辛伐他汀组血清CRP水平明显低于同期对照组,具差异有统计学意义。结论辛伐他汀可明显降低急性心肌梗死患者血清CRP浓度,具有明显的抗炎作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect C-reactive protein(CRP)in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods 52 patients with AMI from December 2005 to February 2007 were randomized into two groups:control group,simvastatin treating group(simvastatin 20 mg/d).Serum levels of CRP were measured before and after two weeks treatment.Results After treatment although the serum levels of CRP in simvastatin treatment group and the control group decreased distinctly,the serum levels of CRP in simvastatin treating group were distinctly lower than that in the control group.Conclusion Simvastatin can lead to a detectable decrease in serum levels of CRP in patients with AMI.Simvastatin possesses an anti-inflammatory. |
