肠内营养支持16年体会

对住院和门诊病人进行以肠内营养为主的临床营养支持,16年用要素饮食或匀浆饮食治疗各类病人2512例次.用要素饮食治疗104例住院病人,其中烧伤在伤后第15天恢复正氮平衡;癌症化疗或放疗前用要素饮食,可显著减轻化疗和放疗反应;22例喉癌全喉切除后,用鼻饲要素饮食或匀浆饮食,2～3周治疗后各项生化指标均优于对照组;4名中重度骨髓型急性放射病者采用多种形式进行营养支持,取得满意的效果;昏迷2100天的老年病人,一直用要素和匀浆饮食维持营养,没有发生营养不足.提示肠内营养是理想、简便、经济、安全的营养支持方法,值得推广和应用.

Summary of developing enteral nutritional support during 16 years

In this paper, 2 512 cases of inpatients and out-patients were given clinical nutritional support with elemental diet or homogenate meals from 1984 to 1995.104 inpatients were treated with elemental diet, the positive nitrogen balance was recovered in postburns 15 days. The harmful effects due to the radiotherapy and chemotherapy in patient with cancer were alleviated markedly by elemenetal diet. The biochernical index in patient with laryngocarcinoma receiving laryngopharynectomy and elemental diet of homogente meals were better than that of control groups. After giving tube feeding, the nutritional status in 4 critical cases with acute bone marrow type radiation sickness were maintained in good condition. Using homogenate meals and elemental diet as major nutritional support way more than 2 100 days, the nutritional status of the old comatose patient was in normal level, and didnot exist malnutrition. We can conclude that the enteral nutrition is an ideal, ecnomical, convenient and safety nutritional support method.
